Cafe SeeSaw
Cafe SeeSaw is located in Suwanee, GA, just outside of Atlanta. This small, modern café offers a great variety of coffees, matchas, and pastries. From the moment you walk in, the rich smell of espresso sets the tone and immediately lets you know you’re in a place that takes coffee seriously.
I ordered a 16 oz iced pistachio latte with almond milk, one of their seasonal specials, along with a pistachio muffin to pair with it. Calling this muffin a “muffin” almost feels misleading—it’s more of a cupcake in disguise. The vanilla base is incredibly moist, and the center is filled with a creamy pistachio filling that adds richness without being overwhelming. The pistachio flavor complements the vanilla beautifully rather than overpowering it, which I really appreciated as a baker.
The latte was just as enjoyable. It wasn’t overly sweet, allowing the espresso’s rich, bold flavor to shine through. Topped with a smooth cold foam and pistachio crumbles, it was balanced—easily a standout seasonal drink.
I paid around $14 for both items, including tip, and for the quality of the baked goods and coffee, I’d say it’s well worth it.
Personal Takeaway
Overall, Cafe SeeSaw is a great spot if you’re looking for thoughtfully made pastries and well-crafted coffee. I’d definitely return to try more of their baked goods—and another seasonal latte.
